Oval Duct Forming Machine
Oval duct forming. It transforms the round spiral ducts fastly. It has a bending capacity of up to 0.5 mm - 1.2 mm.
It has all required oval ducts production standarts mold ranging from 150 mm - 450 mm. The machine control is doneby PLC and in order for the oval machine to supply the necessary power it encompasses an advanced hydraulic unit.
The Oval Duct Forming Machine has been exported to a total of 20 countries, including Kazakhstan, France, Kosovo, Moldova and Romania.

Product Description
The fully automatic oval duct forming machine quickly converts your round ducts and fittings into oval ducts. The machine is equipped with all standard dies required to convert round ducts from Ø355 to Ø1250 into oval ducts ranging from min. 150 x 480 to max. 450 x 1720. It can perform bending operations from 0,5 mm to 1,2 mm. The machine is controlled by a PLC and equipped with a powerful hydraulic unit to provide the required forming force.
According to the minor and major dimensions entered on the screen, the required diameter is controlled through the display, providing ease of operation for the operator.
