TDF Flange Machine

The TDF flange forming machine can be categorized into two types based on operational needs, the single flange forming machine and the duplex flange forming machine.

This machine is an essential component in the production of rectangular ventilation air ducts. It can be seamlessly integrated with other rectangular HVAC duct forming equipment—such as lock forming machines, pneumatic TDF folding machines, sheet metal grooving machines, motorized cutting machines, lock seam closing machines, and clip cutting machines—to complete the entire duct fabrication process efficiently.

TDF flange machine consists of the following components;

• TDF Flanger
• One side is designed to form the TDF flange, while the other side forms clip
• 14 or 16 stations of roll forming
• The duplex TDF forming machine is available as an optional feature
