Spiral Duct Machine
The Spiral Duct Machine has been developed for high-efficiency air duct production and is available in two different model options: molded and strip type.
Fully controlled via a single PLC touchscreen, the system offers fast and practical operation for the user thanks to its easy installation and simplified program structure. The high-speed burr-free cutting system produces smooth and high-quality spiral air ducts in the desired diameter form.
The machine can produce within a wide diameter range from 100 mm to 2000 mm. It operates with a sheet width of 137 mm and supports sheet thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm. Product length can be adjusted between 250 mm and 4000 mm, while the operating speed can be varied between 2 and 14 meters per minute.
