Round Elbow Machine

Round Elbow Machine is specially designed for the production of elbows, fittings and end caps used in the ventilation industry. The machine is equipped with high-quality hydraulic components. The balls in the seaming and closing units are driven by hydraulic motors and hydraulic pistons.

It allows two operators to work simultaneously, increasing production efficiency. With three different sizes of seaming balls, both small and large diameters can be manufactured smoothly. Bending and pressing balls are made of 2379 cold work tool steel with high wear resistance. Except for user errors, the machine offers a wear resistance guarantee of up to 50,000 operating hours. The machine also features automatic male-female adjustment and automatic carrying arm adjustment. No compressed air is required for operation.
