Round Elbow Machine

The Round Elbow Machine is specially designed for the production of elbows, fittings, and end caps used in the ventilation industry.

The machine is equipped with high-quality hydraulic components and features rollers in the seaming and closing units operated by hydraulic motors and hydraulic pistons. The machine can be operated by two people simultaneously.

In the first station, male and female flange seats are formed on the segments, while in the second station the assembly and closing operations are carried out. This machine produces elbows and reducer fittings with a thickness of 0.5–1.2 mm thanks to powerful hydraulic motors.

The machine’s bending and pressing rollers are manufactured from high wear-resistant 2379 cold work tool steel and offer a durability guarantee of 50,000 hours against wear, excluding user-related errors. The machine also features automatic male-female adjustment and automatic transfer arm adjustment, and it does not require compressed air (pneumatic) for operation.
