Cnc Plasma Machine
CNC Plasma Cutting Machines are designed for cutting metal materials. They enable precise and smooth cutting of stainless steel and galvanized sheet metal.
The machine can work with drawings in AutoCAD format. Different machine models are available: HVAC for companies operating in the ventilation sector, Plasmach for mid-level users, and Pro Plasmach for professional users.
The machine models offer optional features depending on the cutting area and cutting thickness. Our HVAC model, specifically developed for the ventilation sector, has a cutting area of 1500 mm x 3000 mm. Our Plasmach model, thanks to its high-capacity power unit, can cut metal materials up to 25 mm thick with high efficiency. Our Pro Plasmach model is specifically designed for companies that perform professional plasma cutting. Thanks to its high-power plasma cutting unit and optionally selectable oxygen cutting head, it can make smooth and clean cuts up to 250 mm thick. The machine has pre-prepared drawings for all parts used in ventilation systems, such as elbows and fittings. You can dimension and cut existing parts, or you can draw any part you need, import it in DXF format, and cut it.
Thanks to the special program used, it reduces waste during cutting, saving time and making cutting economical. The software on the machine allows for direct cutting of DWG, DXF, and NC format files from technical drawing programs. Remote connection to the machine via network is possible thanks to the user-friendly interface of the computer. The ventilation channels and filtering system on the machine ensure that the smoke generated during cutting is removed from the environment.
Solid slag is collected with the help of the movable dust container located under the machine.
The CNC Plasma Machine has been exported to a total of 28 countries, including Albania, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Algeria, and Russia.
