Plastic Extruder Machine

Extruder Machine operates within a capacity range of 30 – 1000 kg/hour and is available with single screw and twin screw options ranging from Ø30 mm to Ø160 mm. It is suitable for processing various plastic materials such as PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PP, OPP, PS, EPS, XPS, and ABS, ensuring proper feeding and processing through the screw system.

The screw barrels are manufactured according to DIN4140 or DIN8850 standards, depending on the material to be processed. Upon request, metallic hardfacing welding can be applied on the screw surface to increase durability.

A degassing section is available to remove harmful gases that may be present in the processed raw material. Special production ceramic heaters, protective covers, inverters, and cooling fans mounted on the heaters provide different temperature zones throughout the system. This design allows precise temperature control while minimizing electrical energy consumption in the heating zones.

The electrical control panel, consisting of TSE and CE compliant components, is manufactured in-house and controlled through a PLC panel.

Our fully domestic production extruder line offers high efficiency, easy operation, fast service support, and spare parts availability from stock. The entire line is controlled through a single PLC panel, where all operations are synchronized and managed.
