The Dripper Insertion Machine can be offered as part of the round drip irrigation production line or as a standalone unit. Our machine performs the pipe drilling process precisely at the desired spacing.

Dripper Insertion Machine Features:

• Dripper feeder and inserter (servo motor driven)

• Dripper feeding process is carried out by an automatic feeding unit

• Dripper pushing mechanism is controlled by servo motors

• Automatic warning to the operator when drippers are running low

• Dripper insertion frequency can be adjusted via the control panel

• Minimum dripper spacing: 150 mm

• Dripper feeder and inserter capacity: 500 pcs/min

• Synchronization between dripper insertion and line speed is controlled by PLC
