Cooling Tanks / Pools

Our vacuum tanks are designed according to the plastic product to be produced and are manufactured to ensure homogeneous shaping and cooling of the extruded product. Our vacuum tanks are equipped with a motor-driven forward and backward movement mechanism and a height-adjustable system.

A sprinkler cooling system is available to ensure uniform cooling of the product. Thanks to the specially designed cover and sealing system, operation is maintained without pressure loss or fluctuations. Calibration tables used for calibration and cooling in seal and PVC lines are available. A product-specific collector and vacuum system are also included. The calibration table has 6-axis movement, allowing up-down, forward-backward, and left-right motion.

Our production line, which is fully domestically manufactured, is offered to our valued customers with advantages such as high efficiency, easy operation, fast service support, and spare parts availability from stock. The entire line is controlled through a single PLC panel, and all operations are carried out synchronously from this panel.
