Granule Machines

The Granule Machine is used in the production of raw materials by bringing recycled materials such as LDPE, HDPE, PP, PS and ABS to melting temperature and removing harmful gases contained inside. The extruder machine is manufactured using the latest technology according to the type and capacity of the material to be processed.

• The extruder produces between 100–1000 kg/hour depending on the type of material.
• Screws are manufactured between Ø90 mm – Ø160 mm.
• Screw and barrel design is produced according to the type of raw material to be processed.
• Screw and barrel units can be manufactured from 1.8850 or 1.4140 materials upon request.
• The screw and barrel are subjected to bimetallic welding and nitriding processes to increase hardness and extend service life.
• Thanks to the vacuum system, harmful gases inside the raw material are removed and discharged in accordance with European Standards.
• By directly connecting the motor and inverter, electrical energy savings are achieved. Inverter-controlled side feeding and the main motor allow the production of higher quality granules from materials with different hardness and density under the same pressure and capacity.
• Inverter (speed-controlled) side feeding and main screw motor enable higher quality granule production even when processing materials with different hardness and densities under the same pressure and capacity.
• Inverter-controlled mixers inside the side feeding unit prevent material jamming.
• Specially designed ceramic heaters keep the heat inside the granule machine, reducing the initial start-up time and providing continuous energy savings.
• Fans mounted on the heaters maintain the required temperature levels in different zones of the machine.

Specially manufactured ceramic heaters, protective covers, inverters and fans mounted on the heaters provide different temperature levels in different zones, and by minimizing the temperature requirement in the start-up zone, electrical energy savings are achieved.

Our production line, which is fully domestically manufactured, is offered to our valued customers with advantages such as high efficiency, ease of use, fast service and spare parts availability from stock. The entire line is controlled through a single PLC panel, and all operations are performed synchronously from this panel.
