Perforating Device

The Pipe Drilling Machine can be offered either as part of the round drip irrigation production line or as a standalone unit. Our machine performs the pipe drilling process precisely at the desired spacing.

Pipe Drilling Machine is manufactured with the following features:

• Drilling unit (servo motor driven)
• With the servo drilling system, drilling capacity reaches 500 holes/min
• Thanks to servo motors, drilling is performed at high speed without blade wear
• Drilling blades are driven by two servo motors
• Drilling can be performed at four different points simultaneously
• Ball carriage and rail systems are used
• Fiber optic opposite-type sensors are used for detection
• The drilling unit communicates with the extruder via PLC and works synchronously with the production line
• Hole positions are measured precisely to prevent errors
• The operation is performed by detecting drippers through sensors

The entire line is controlled through a single PLC panel, and all operations are carried out synchronously from this control system.
