Auto Winding Machine

The Automatic Coiling Machine is capable of winding hoses and pipes with diameters between 1 – 125 mm and can operate either as a standalone unit or integrated with a production line. With high-precision servo motors and adjustable torque control, it provides the ability to wind materials with the desired tension without damaging the shape of the pipes.

Our machine is designed with two stations, and a traversing mechanism synchronized with the coiler ensures uniform and smooth winding. The machine is controlled through a PLC screen and features automatic station switching when the preset length is reached, along with two different audio and visual warning signals.

Our production line, which is fully domestically manufactured, is offered to our valued customers with advantages such as high efficiency, ease of use, fast service support, and spare parts availability from stock. The entire line is controlled through a single PLC panel, and all operations are carried out synchronously from this control system.
