Round Drip Irrigation Pipe Production Line

The Round Drip Irrigation Pipe Production Line produces environmentally friendly drip irrigation pipes used in the agricultural sector.

Our production line has a capacity of 4,800 meters of pipe per hour and uses polyethylene raw material. Coating and strip extruders can be added to the production line, and the die head is equipped with a double screen system. Our machine can be supplied as a complete production line or as individual units. The line can produce pipes with 16 mm and 20 mm diameters, 0.9 mm and 1.2 mm wall thickness, and can manufacture perforated or non-perforated pipes.

Our production line, which is fully domestically manufactured, is offered to our valued customers with advantages such as high efficiency, easy operation, fast service support, and spare parts availability from stock. The entire line is controlled through a single PLC panel, and all operations are carried out synchronously from this control system.
