Braided Hose Line

The Braided Hose Production Line is designed for producing hoses used for irrigation in gardens. If the braiding drum is removed, the system can also produce natural (non-braided) hoses. Our production line has a capacity of 1200 meters per hour and can operate with original or recycled polyethylene raw materials.

Our machine can be supplied as a complete production line or sold as individual units as optional equipment. According to customer requirements, the hose coiler can be provided in manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic versions.

Our production line, which is fully domestically manufactured, is offered to our valued customers with advantages such as high efficiency, easy operation, fast service support, and spare parts availability from stock. The entire line is controlled through a single PLC panel, and all operations are carried out synchronously from this control system.
