Rigid PVC Line
The DFC Machinery Rigid PVC Line is a turnkey production solution that brings every step — from extruding rigid PVC (U-PVC) raw material to discharging the cut product — together on a single line. Depending on the configuration, the line reaches a production capacity of up to 1,200 meters per hour and is used in the production of rigid PVC product groups such as doors and windows.
The extruder at the heart of the line operates within a 45–110 kW power range, with a Ø63–89 mm screw diameter and a melt output of 120–300 kg/hour. The haul-off speed of 1,200 m/hour is achieved on small-diameter rigid PVC products whose weight per meter falls within the 100–250 g range; for heavier cross-sections the capacity decreases in meters while it is maintained in kilograms. The diameter, wall thickness and die selection of the target product are determined according to the project.
The raw material feeding unit is supplied with a double sieve on request; this option retains foreign particles in the raw material before they reach the extruder and reduces downtime for die cleaning. The line works with both virgin PVC and recycled raw material, so plants that want to return production scrap into the process do not need an additional investment. An optional striping (colour line marking) unit can be added to the line.
The entire line is managed from a single PLC panel. Extruder speed, vacuum, haul-off speed and cutting length are set simultaneously from the same screen, which keeps the speed synchronisation along the line without operator intervention and holds product tolerances stable throughout the shift.

Line Components
In its standard configuration, the Rigid PVC Line consists of five stations:
- 01. Extruder (Extrusion Unit) — 45–110 kW · Ø63–89 mm screw · 120–300 kg/hour
The main unit that melts the rigid PVC raw material and feeds it into the die. Screw diameter and motor power are selected according to the targeted output. - 02. Vacuum Table — 3 – 6 meters
Calibrates and cools the hot product leaving the die under vacuum; the length is selected according to line speed and product cross-section. - 03. Pallet Haul Off Machine — 2 × 1.5 kW · 1.5 meters · 1,200 m/hour
Pulls the product at a constant speed. The twin-motor pallet system provides a mark-free grip on thin-walled rigid PVC products. - 04. Automatic Cutter — 1.5 kW
Cuts to the set length without stopping the line; the cutting length is entered from the PLC panel. - 05. Tilting Table — 4 meters · pneumatic system
Pneumatically tilts the cut product towards the stacking area, eliminating manual handling at the end of the line.
